1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Auripy's services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Auripy is a digital music distribution intermediary. We distribute music to third-party streaming platforms on behalf of artists and do not function as a record label, publisher, or music manager.

3. Artist Rights & Ownership

Artists retain full copyright and ownership of their music at all times. Auripy is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to distribute the submitted content to partner platforms.

4. Royalties

Starter Single plan: Artist receives 70% of net royalties collected. Pro Single and Yearly Unlimited plans: Artist receives 100% of net royalties. Royalties are calculated based on amounts received by Auripy from platforms.

5. Content Policy

Artists must own or have licensed all rights to submitted music, vocals, samples, and artwork. Content that violates copyright, promotes hate, or contains unlicensed samples may be rejected or removed.

6. Music Permanence

Submitted and approved music will remain live on all platforms permanently. Auripy will not voluntarily remove content except in cases of verified copyright infringement, platform policy violation, or legal requirement.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once distribution has been initiated. If a submission is rejected before distribution begins, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

8. Engineer Listings

Engineers listed on Auripy are independent professionals. Auripy does not vet, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality of their work. Disputes between artists and engineers are to be resolved independently.

9. In-App Communication

All communication between artists and engineers must occur through Auripy's in-app chat system. Auripy reserves the right to moderate conversations that are reported for abuse or inappropriate content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Auripy is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, earnings discrepancies reported by streaming services, or service downtime beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

Auripy reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified via email of material changes.
