Refund Policy

1. Pre-Distribution Refunds

If your submission is rejected by Auripy before distribution to any platform begins, you are entitled to a full refund issued within 7 working days.

2. Post-Distribution Policy

Once a track has been submitted to streaming platforms, the service has been delivered and payments become non-refundable. This includes platform-side rejections that occur after our submission.

3. Yearly Plan Refunds

The Yearly Unlimited plan is non-refundable after the first 48 hours, regardless of the number of releases submitted.

4. How to Request

Email support@auripy.com with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
